During the inspection he went above and beyond explaining not only what he found but what I could do to keep up the maintenance and quality of my new home. And the use of the infrared camera was by far the best part as if there was an issue and an unseen leak, he could have saved us thousands! The use of the drone and video of our roof was also a plus as we can keep the video for future reference. Finally, my emailed report was very thorough, the pictures were great and it reiterated the maintenance he had already suggested and had a section on regular maintenance for the house that I had no idea about and will be referring back to for probably years!!!
